We stand by the quality of our goods and offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding returns, damages, and refunds for wholesale orders.

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RK-Quality Glass wholesale purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of your order's delivery date.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition. This means they should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

3. Damages and Issues Upon Arrival

Please inspect your entire order immediately upon reception. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Documentation is Key: For damaged goods, provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged packaging and the products themselves. This is crucial for us to evaluate the issue and initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
  • Resolution: We will promptly assess the situation and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement shipment, issue a credit, or provide a full refund for the affected items.

4. Simple Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our wholesale customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order at info@rkqualityglass.com or by calling +1 408-908-8639.
  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for returning your items. Please do not send items back without prior authorization and an RMA number.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the items to prevent damage during return transit, ideally using the original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Free Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. No Restocking Fees & No Final Sale Items

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
  • We do not have a "final sale" policy. All products purchased from RK-Quality Glass are eligible for return under the terms of this policy, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
