At RK Quality Glass, we stand behind the quality of our wholesale products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Our customer support team is available 24/7 to assist you.
14-Day Free Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We do not charge any return or restocking fees.
Condition of Returned Items
Because we sell smoking devices and accessories, all returned items must be 100% unused, unsmoked, and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on glass or accessories that show any signs of use, water, or residue.
Damaged or Broken Items (Arriving in the Mail)
Glass is fragile. While we pack our wholesale orders securely, accidents happen in transit. If any item in your order arrives damaged or broken, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report a broken item:

Do not throw away the broken item or the packaging.

Take clear photos of the broken item and the shipping box.

Send the photos and your order number to us through the chat button on our website, or email them to Info@rkqualityglass.com.
Once we receive the photos, we will quickly issue a refund or send a replacement.
How to Start a Return
To start a standard return, click the chat button located on any page of our website to speak with our 24/7 support team. You can also email us at Info@rkqualityglass.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will give you a free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you. If the items are in unused condition, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
